If companies were smart they add interiors. Or Pro-line should make a universal interior and sell it for $10.

Hey All; Well I got my hands on a ProLine Slash Chasiss reinforcment brace. And I modded it to fit the RPM Skid Plate. I had the shock tower screws pull through on me. So I just made some metal sleeves to fill the tower and reinforce it as well. Will get a new tower later. Well here are the pics.Enjoy.l8r,w.

I ended up using my own hardware. There's was a bit to long for me.

This is the enlarged holes in the tower mounts. I sleeved them and bolted it up.

A couple of views of it in place. I went with the machined side out.

Had to trim a few mm off the center mount post for the RPM skid and drill a hole in the chassis plate as well. All went pretty easy.

And then with everything remounted back up you can bearly tell it is there.

A couple pics sportin it's new PE body.

Hey All; Well time to show the front end some love just like I did the rear. So I scored a RDLogics Alloy front bulkhead for $8 on FleeBay and time to toss it on. So it seems to me I will have to take half the truck apart. Nothing to complicated just a bit time consuming is about all.Well here are the pics to go with.Enjoy.l8r,w

Out with the old and in with the new.

Just had to remove a few screws and push a few things out of the way.lol

Image

Well I have a tip for you. I drilled 2 small holes in the chassis underside on a slight angle. This way I can access the screws that are the shock mounts and the body post mount as well. Here are a few pics.

Now I can just swing the mount out of my way.

And the rest of the job is just swap out the part.

Just finish up by bolting it all back together.

I'm surprised you waiting this long to do the bulkhead. That was always something I wanted to do first on my pede after swapping the jato front arms on. Though the wide front put a lot more leverage on my bulkhead.

True with the wider stance. I just didn't see a need yet and just waited long enough to score one cheeply. I almost passed on this one and would have lost it if it went over $10. And I figured with everything else around it plastic and flexible it was time to show some Hop-Up love on my beater Slash. The 4x4 has taken a bit of his trigger time so I felt a bit guilty.lol Just trying to cross another part off the wish list.l8r,w.
