Cool. Where do you plan on ripping this thing? Seems that just about ALL of you other guys around here are all getting these 1/16 slashes for some reason, what's the plan?

Maybe I'll have to see how this D-trax Vendetta SC works out and how it compares to the larger mini-slash. Try to give you guys some competition, haha! Probably need some pretty heavy duty brushless power to compete with that VXL though...

oh ok, no off-road? so you slam them down and put some carpet tires on them then?

I've already got a Detta SC on the way to me right now, got it for half price, couldn't pass it up! Hope he's got some good hop-up parts there for it though.

I just turned the adjusters down (no other mods to shocks yet) the tires rub alot so I put vinyl where they rub to help preserve the paint :angry

I have the exact same one. I love the body! I think it's the best SC body from the factory with the HPI Blitz's orange and black body being a close second.

I think the only weak links on these things are the horrible shocks. I want to find some larger bore shocks to try to solve this problem. Currently, I put double black springs on the front and rear, but the shocks are still too soft without a lot of preload. And preload is just a bandaid. Let me know if you try out any large bore shocks. I know some guys are trying touring car shocks.
